# 51 States?

How did I get 51 States? What is being counted as the 51st?

Based on the map, I assume it was Puerto. Did you have a logged QSO there? If not maybe US Virgin Islands?

@K4AZE I certainly understand the separate entities, but not the states because there are “X” number of recognized entities, but only 50 recognized states (according to my last geography class 50+ years ago).

No worries on the delay; was it counting PR as a state, or was it some other issue?
