I have an issue, for my Kenwood TS-850S. When I go to cat control in desktop app, it displays only CI Network (ExpertSDR/RemoteHamRadio) #99001 and the error rigctl exited with code 1. WRL Cat Control app for web app doesn’t work either. However, I can control the rig just fine using flrig.

I installed from the web download on the homepage for .deb.

My system and OS are:

```bash
neofetch
I cloned the hamlib repo and built it on my computer with no errors. libhamlib-dev and libhamlib-utils are installed via apt. hamlib-utils is not a valid package on my freshly updated apt repo. Verified rigctl has my radio and is working:
```bash
nathan@sokyrad-desktop:~$ rigctl -l | grep 850
  2009 Kenwood TS-850 20250515.0 Stable RIG_MODEL_TS850

I have used it successfully from my laptop using mint, but this Dell Optiplex it doesn’t play nice.
