I’m looking for some help. I did a search for POTA activation parks along the Blue Ridge Parkway in both NC and VA. I’m getting mixed info so I thought I’d reach out. Not to go into a lot of detail, but I’m looking for both of those states, if any are in state or federal campgrounds and if not campgrounds close by.

The Facebook POTA page will have a lot more activity on it then here and you’ll probably get a lot more responses there.

Check around Blowing Rock and Boone, you will find several campgrounds on the parkway. Moses Cone overlook can be a 3fr, us-12119, us-3378, us-8313. Go west on the Parkway, it should be the first overlook on the south side of the road. Good luck.
