Does WRL support a reply-only mode, selected-request mode, or filtered ADIF response workflow?
If at this time you do not support this capability, please consider adding it.

Not exactly sure i’m following but we do have the ability to select QSO’s and send a request for confirmation. This can be done in the web app in the QSO manager (‘Logbook → QSO Manager’). Then select the QSO’s you want to request confirmations for and click the ‘Request Confirmation’ button.
If this isn’t what you are referring to, if you can provide some more details that would be great.

What I am seeking is a capability to send response e-mails to QSL requests received without initiating any requests of my own.

Thank you so much for your note.
In WRL, the best way to confirm a contact today is to go to your Confirmation Requests (click your Profile in the upper right to see the menu).
Then, you can either log or upload the corresponding contact.
Maybe this will help a bit?
