Title says it all. Other things are automatically capitalized; is there a reason why the State entries aren’t? I know it doesn’t make a difference when submitting but it tweaks my OCD.

@W7YBY We will be making several changes to the whole contest side of WRL very soon, just had to work through the backlog of tickets first. Lots of changes are coming.
