Cat Control and WSJTC Multicast

Cat control software locks up the port making it unusable for other apps. Specifically multicasting from WSJTX, I have multiple apps listening to the port.

Could we make the app multicast friendly?

@VE6KIX Multicast support is on the to do list but is currently not supported
