Include TCI support for WRL Desktop and Com Settings detail

I mean that says it all. TCI support would allow apps to use that directly over a lan connection, without fooling with com ports. FWIW - flrig, wsjtx both support that.

Second thing - please allow some flexibility in com port setup for the cat control portion. WRLDesktop immediately puts a TS-2000 into xmit when connected via the com port (Digirig). WSJTX, HRD, FLRig all connect fine, and work as expected. I use WRL Desktop on a FT-1000MP Mark with a digirig, and that works perfectly. No joy on the kenwood.

If you could allow the end user to set RTS/DTR/CTS as appropriate, that would fix a lot of issues. Or enable TCI support.

Love your work, supporter, but please fix the com port issues.

@WT1W We have a TCI implementation prepared, but none of the team has a radio set up for that. Would you be able to test it for us? Let me know, and I can send you the new version.
