It already does for QRZ if you use the Integration tool, and I believe it can’t be done with LoTW because of their rules. (I think)

Once your contacts are in QRZ, you can send your QRZ updates to LoTW.

Of course you can already import your LoTW QSO’s AND confirmations into QRZ, WRL, and Clublog. I do that to get additional confirmations every once in a while for all three sites.

@AJ4LN @W7YBY @KD4HOU we are adding the ability to export from WRL to LOTW in the coming week(s). The ability to export to and from QRZ already exists
