# Logging pota locations

When logging a contact at their POTA location (park), is there a specific format that is required in the their QTH or Grid box? I have tried the park number in the of K-xxxx, Kxxx, and xxxx, also have replace their home grid with the park grid, but viewing on map the location always defaults to their home QTH. Any help is appreciated.

You can use the note box to put the park numbers. I think it’s a good option 🙂

Yes have been doing that but would like to see position on the map instead of the contacts home QTH
