My mobile apps don’t display numbers above the keyboard. . Any plans to correct that?
The mobile app only displays POTA spots versus the option to choose DX or POTA as sort options in the web application any plans to add that option to the mobile apps?

This issues seems to be an issue with my iPhone. Occasionally, I can see the numerics and then they disappear off the screen as if there’s not enough room on the display to show the numbers.

@K2KJD Hey Chip Good Morning,

So this is the iOS app then that this is happening for you on? What version of iOS are you running and what iphone do you have? This seems to be a related to screen size i’m thinking, if you can provide us that information that would be a great help so we can try and reproduce it and come up with a fix. Also if you could take a screenshot and attach it here that would be helpful as well.

Hi Brad, thanks for your response to my question. Yes, it is a screen size issue on my iPhone. I can see the numbers above the keyboard for just a moment before the data entry portion i.e. callsign, report, etc. takes over and the numbers then disappear. i’m using the latest OS at 18.4.1 on an older iPhone SE. Possibly when I get an updated phone it will have a larger screen and then problem solved. i’ll use the Flexsy keyboard in the meantime.
One of the reasons I really like WRL is because of the numerous options it has available to a portable operator. That does cause some confusion for me from time to time. The other two portable logging software options have limited features and dont offer your softwares options.

Thanks for the kind words! It really means a lot to us! I’ll reach out to the team and see if there is something we can do to make sure the number bar stays put for you despite the screen size. There might be something we can add code wise to make this possible, but i’m not 100% sure, its still worth talking with them to see! I’ll reach back out probably tomorrow once I’ve had a chance to discuss it with the team.
