New feature request by SP2CRP!

Hi, I have a question when I manually enter the connection and select a band, for example 20 m, it could automatically switch to some frequency in this 20 m band. And the second option when I set the band 80m or 40 m it should be LSB and 40 m USB. I’m just starting my adventure with amateur radio and I’ve installed a lot of programs, but yours is the best and I really liked it. And it would be nice to have more added dxclaster maybe in the settings to add the Other option, I wrote before but now it only adds because I prefer to have a program that has everything and not a few more pages open 😁 greetings SP2CRP

@SP2CRP Welcome to amateur radio, and thank you for the kind words about WRL! 😁

When manually logging a contact, enter the actual frequency you used. A band such as 20 m contains many frequencies, so selecting the band alone doesn’t identify the frequency of your contact.

For SSB voice, the usual convention is LSB on 80 m and 40 m, and USB on 20 m. Other modes can use different settings, so the logged mode should match the contact you made.

WRL already includes spotting inside your logbook. Open the **Spotting** tab and double-click a spot to fill in its frequency, band, and mode. You can also filter spots by band, mode, and DX. Here’s our [spotting guide](https://worldradioleague.com/docs/spotting/).

To make sure we understand your suggestion: would you like choosing a band to fill in a starting frequency and sideband in the logging form, or to change the settings on your connected radio?

And which additional DX cluster would you like to use? Please share its name or link so we can understand what you’re looking for.

73!
