# Understanding the way Band Plans read

I’m in Indiana and the current IRC Band Plan reads  
147.400 – 147.600 FM Voice Simplex (15 kHz channels)  
Does this mean we are to tune to these frequencies in 15kHz increments? I.e. 147.415, 147.430, ect.?
