First call was KC8QDE after 10 years I made it to Extra and changed call to AC8HZ (not vanity, Allegan County 8 Hertz). Located in Allegan Michigan, we are 30 min. from everything.

I have done many jobs in my life and learned many things from all of it, the key is how to apply it to the problem at hand.
Enjoy POTA with my wife, and i finally have a "competitive” station at home.

My QTH station:
FTDX-10, IC-7300 MK1, and a couple different antennas. Force 12, 2/70 fixed Satellite, M2 2m beam, BTV-6, Cushcraft 2/70/6 beam, Alpha J-pole Sr, 560 foot loop, 40m double bazooka, 80m dipole, and who knows what next I will try.

As for POTA I use a FT-891 and several portable Antanna Diamond BB7V, EFHW, POTA PERFORMER, and a couple dipoles. Got to have options when operating.
