Ham since 1975, Volunteer Examiner, retired computer field service engineer. My base rig is an Icom 7300 with an attic dipole at 20 feet and my Pota portable is an Icom 7300 with a JPC-12 Vertical for 20/40 meter or a Xiegu G90 with a vertical whip that I adjust for 20-10 meters. I enjoy Pota & contests, working DX and experimenting with homemade antennas. I designed a limited edition geocaching trackable amateur radio coin (photos on my QRZ bio) which is available to collectors.
