Hey, I’m Frank Miller (KQ3Y). I’m an amateur extra-class operator and serve as the secretary of the Clarksville Amateur Transmitting Society (CATS). I’m also active in Montgomery County ARES, helping with emergency communications. I enjoy experimenting with digital modes, CW, and portable operations—always looking for new ways to get on the air and have fun with the hobby.
