How do we log sats in WRL ?

Really good feature request, we will get this added!

Here is more detail on what is needed from @N4BFR

  • The mode is important - VHF, UHF, APRS, PSK, CW, SSB. Not sure if you just want to have a digital category or not. DSTAR has even been used.
  • Mode split is important, because most of the time, it’s U/V or V/U.
  • Allowing for POTA/SOTA entities. It’s fun to work a satellite from a POTA or SOTA location.
  • Contests almost always give bonus points for satellites.
  • Probably the most important is the satellite itself. LOTW provides a drop-down but they never keep it accurate. Here’s some insight from AMSAT. Logging Satellite QSOs with Logbook of the World – AMSAT
