I found one club listed in Dover. I reached out to them with an email but they never replied back so don’t know if it went under or they don’t care to deal with newbees just getting into the hobby.

There is also the Aroostook Amateur Radio Association out of Presque Isle. They dont seem to be ARRL affiliated so they dont show up on a lot of lists.
