Wasn’t sure where to post this but question for the masses, anyone ever get Greenland on FT8? I see them daily but think it is just a monitoring station (OX3HI). Thanks 73
No @WV1DAD , I have never reached anyone in Greenland. I was able to find his profile though. It appears his most recent contacts were established via 40 meters (great for nighttime operation).

I am pretty sure it is only monitoring. It is on web-888 which I thought was basically a sdr for monitoring signals. I could be wrong but all of those have only been monitoring from what I have seen

Just searched up Greenland FT-8 and your post popped up. I operate in northern Greenland almost exclusively on FT-8. I’ll be happy to work you if I can.

I usually get on fT8 for the first time in the morning when getting up, around 0700-0800 UTC, just let me know what time you are up and I will message you here to see if we can connect, I really appreciate it, my XYL, WV1MOM also needs Greenland so it will be a double for you.
