How am I meant to send a message to a member on WRL? I go to their profile and click Send Message and it just goes to their Summary page with no option to send a message.

Can you share a screenshot of the page that appears after pressing the “Send Message” button?

Yes, the same behavior on your profile. So it appears to be a website issue.

I have logged out and logged back in but there is no change for me.

When I load a Profile a big SORRY flashes up on the screen for a second then disappears.

@VK3XEM @N0APX I figured out the issue! Looks like it may have auto disabled the chat in your settings, so just go in and turn it on! See my screenshot!

Would that cause the same issue in private messages, or just chat DMs?

I think all of it, which is why you can’t see the send message window if you have it off.

That setting was enabled. So I disabled it, saved the setting and then re-enabled it, saving it again.
There is no change.
