Been out cutting wood before snow coming. I guess ya got me on the dmr code. on the repeater list is has the ones that are DMR, so they would be the direct hookup for your DMR connections.
if you really want to get excited. put up a base antenna at your place. where you can pull in and run a coax out to the truck. that will make your radio come to life.

When I bought my 878UVII they had a set of tutorials that they included to help with learning how to set up the radio. I would assume you would have access to those same videos. They do a pretty good job of teaching you how the radio works both for analog and digital, and follow a fairly logical progression with setup and operation. What is happening with a digital connection is significantly different that what you are used to with analog.
