First off, love what you all have been doing here. My one general request, would be to Invest in a designer particularly around color pallet, layout, buttons, and accessibility. A UX/UI designer could help tremendously here.
The colors are harsh and contrast too much. The space and stars are cool but distract from using the application. Less is more. The decorative lines in light and dark mode are distracting,
There is always room for improvement, but we’ve got one of the best UIs in ham radio.
Look at QRZ.com and the most popular ham radio apps around today… HORRIBLE UI.
We hear from 99% of our users that one of the main reasons they like our app is our UI.
Well yeah, I never said the other ones were great. Again, love the direction and all the hard work y’all have done. It was just some of the bling (stars and things) that were distracting.
Having said that I showed WRL Logger, HAMRS, and Smart Logger to my son who is a UX/UI guy well into his career. He said WRL was far better, so there ya have it.

We’ve definitely go some areas to improve - I quite like the space theme and stars LOL.
But I definitely want to make the font bigger. Keeping a high contrast is important since we have some visually impaired users too.

Respectfully, I have to disagree. I enjoy the the theme and layout. For what it’s worth. Any app could always be polished, of course.
