Add Deletions to Activity Log

I’d like to see entries I’ve deleted listed in the Notifications dropdown and be searchable. I find that I’ll delete erroneous callsigns in my WRL log but forget to do it at QRZ and it bugs me that my numbers don’t match. :joy: If I can see what I’ve deleted, I can search QRZ for the 1 or 2 extra contacts I have in their system.
