I appreciate the awards being added to the WRL, but with the limited confirmations it is not realistic in the near term to get the highest awards (50 States and 100DX). Could we have a 2 tiered system. The Worked 50 States and Worked 100 DX, then also have special markers for Worked and Confirmed 50 States, Worked and Confirmed 100 DX. The only other option would be to count confirmations from other services (QRZ/LOTW) towards the confirmed via export and import.
If you would like to keep the WRL confirmations as the special achievement, then allow us to at least show that we have reached the significant milestone of getting the required prerequisite of Working 50 States and Working 100 DX.
My hope and the reason I am a founding member and beta tester is that this platform will be a standard going forward and more users will come to the application as features and exposure spread.

I second the request, and would like to see the awards that are available and how to achieve those awards (rules).
This is part of why I became a member as well, and it gives personal goals to achieve while enjoying the hobby.
I would also like too see more diverse awards for holidays, fun stuff, and special events. Also I think the look of the award can be a little bit more professional looking. (Like when you graduated from college) not that I don’t appreciate the awards that are currently offered. An award is something to work hard for and take pride in!

I agree with you here. We released Phase I of the State and Analytic awards, and we allow you to achieve the awards for up to 50 without confirmations.
You are exactly right that long-term, we want WRL to be the source of the confirmations and to encourage other users to upload in order to be the source of truth here.
I totally agree that we should make two versions of each award, Confirmed and Non-Confirmed, to allow users to demonstrate their achievements, even as WRL continues to grow.
I will add your suggestion to the upcoming DX Dashboard Enhancements!
