Analytics and Awards Question

In my Analytics section it shows that I have 41 confirmed and 8 non-confirmed states out of 50. In my awards section I have been confirmed the 50 States Award.

So, my question which is accurate, the Analytics, Award or neither? Also, I’m not sure how my QRZ.com imports affects my States worked and Awards.

@KJ5IRF Sorry for the delay in this. We’ve dug into it and identified and fixed two issues:

  1. Hawaii and Alaska were not being included in the STATES analytics calculations.

  2. Some award configurations were incorrect, which caused users to receive awards that didn’t match their analytics.

The analytics data itself was correct; only the award configuration stored in the DB needed adjustment.

Note: we removed users incorrect awards and updated the awards to match and be correct based on the awards each user qualifies for from their contacts.
