Allow notification of specific call signs or countries being logged in WRL

Hello - I use PSKReporter all day long to see if specific call signs or countries I’m hunting are online. It would be amazing if our software allowed us to create watchlists of callsigns or countries and when they were logged by someone else on WRL we would be notified so that we can try to make contact as well.

This is actually on our roadmap! Basically a WRL version of hamalert :wink: I don’t currently have a time frame for this but it is on our list and actively being talked about.
