After opening the app up on my IPhone and selecting the community tab I get this this message that says slow down, you’re making too many requests please retry again in 4 seconds Error code: ip_10_secs_limit. The app works perfectly on IPad. I have an IPhone 16 PRO MAX.

The first thing I would do is just simply log out of the mobile app on your phone and try re-logging in, then give it a few seconds to sync everything, then try again.
@K4AZE that worked! I had tried by restarting my phone, which usually resets the apps. Thank sir!!
