Cabrillo file failing uploading to the NAQP site

Attempting to upload the Cabrillo file for my NAQP contacts. Fails due to missing my name and QTH in the file. The following is what I see. Based on an analysis of QSO line 1 in your log, it appears that the QSO portion of your log is not formatted correctly:

You’ll need to add the “My Exchange” fields and re-export:
