Missing data from cabrillo file

On the NAQP-CW contest, the cabrillo file is missing the states.

@KN4JN That was my fault, just re-export your cabrillo the second excahnge field data will be there. I just confirmed using your account.

Thanks. I see you added the missing fields. However, the signal reports are still present. The NAQP does not include signal reports.
I manually corrected the file to NAQP’s Cabrillo requirements and they accepted it; yet, it took me one hour of work to get everything right.
