Another Contest Cabrillo Export Issue

I exported my log for the NA SSB Sprint and got these errors. It really does not make sense that WA in my logs became WASHINGTON when FL and the other states stayed with the abbreviation. Also it doesn’t seem to be exporting the time.

Too many errors (>25). Checking stopped.

@W2FCP Ok so after looking at your account and logbook there are some issues.

First, and most importantly you haven’t added your exchange information in the ‘My Exchange"‘ field under the log contact button. This HAS to be filled out for every single contest before exporting your Cabrillo logs.

Also, we are just pulling the data from the contest exchange fields, so if you enter Washington, Washington will be in your log instead of the abbreviation.

The time is being exported in the Cabrillo properly.

To resolve this, simply add your exchange information in the ‘my exchange’ fields making sure to click the save button. Then goto the records that have the state spelled out and update the data to the state abbreviations and then just re-export your log.

Thanks & 73
