Confused about ADIF upload to my logbook

Hello folks, I hope I am posting this into the right section, if not my apologies.
I’m trying to import QSOs to my logbook. The first import worked well and it did import the contacts to my “F4LDT SSB Logbook”
Now I have more to import. It works, but even though I enter the exact same name in the logbook name field, it creates a new one with the same name instead of merging the entries into the existing logbook.
I feel stupid, I must be missing something but I can’t find what.
Would anyone please help?

Hello Alain, :wave:t3:

No need to apologize; we’re here to help, and all questions are welcome! Regarding your situation, it’s not an issue on your end. Currently, merging ADIF files is not possible, but the QSO Manager feature will be available soon. I recommend saving your ADIF files in a new log for now. Once the QSO Manager is released, you’ll be able to merge all ADIF files into a single log. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we’re working hard to make all features available soon. 73’

Hello Alfredo.
Thanks a lot for the very quick reply. I feel a bit better now, so it’s not me being dense
Will do as you say and wait until this new feature comes up to merge all entries.
Thanks again and best 73s

Quick piggyback question…. When I log new contacts in pota will it show when I last contacted then for real or the date today when I am downloading all these files?

Thanks for asking the original question for me

When you export an ADIF from WRL, the date attached to each contact is the original date of the contact.
