Feature: Add logbooks to folders, manually change logbook order

As a POTA operator I like to keep my park logbooks separate and have quite a mess of logbooks at this point.

I would like to see the feature to create folders to organize your logbooks in, along with the ability to manually sort your logbooks in a way other than chronologically.

@KE2EBR I like this idea, I wouldn’t think it would be to terribly difficult to implement some sort of folder structure to keep everything organized.
