I have the following question:
What does it mean if the number in the “Replies” column has a different color than blue?

Hi Brad
It seems, your guess is wrong. In category Licensing is the topic “Study tips” colored but there is not one post in this topic marked as edited.

Does anyone else know the answer?

I found the answer:
It is, how “hot” the topic is: high number of views or high ratio likes per post.
