I hope you get a lot out of your licens. It is a great community. I am a danish ham and use only cw because I live in an apartment where I can’t setup an antenna so I can not be heard. Right now I borrowed a remote station with a 20m beam for 10, 15 and 20m, the tread for 40 and 80m is broken but some times I can tune my own little wire from my balcony. I mostly do contest.

Welcome to the hobby!! I hope you enjoy getting out to the Parks and not only seeing the sites, but meeting all the great Hams that are out there ! I’m in FLorida do a lot of hunting from home but LOVE getting out to the parks when I can, cheers de W1INE
