How to upload an adif file of all my QSL's prior to joining here?

As the title implies, I am hoping to import an adif file of my QSL’s from QRZ, how /where to do that?

Go to log contacts page > click create new logbook drop down > select Import .ADI File > Select the file on your computer or drag and drop it in the pane > put it in a new log book or select an existing logbook to import to.

Under advanced options you can specify the location if it’s not in the file.
