Latest update to?

This is where it gets confusing. What I call a web page has a url beginning with app.worldradio…etc. and to this page I can’t find a versioning number. Whereas the WRL app is not labeled an app but has a file name call desktop set up 0.0.9. No where do I find desktop set up 0.0.1. I’ve concluded the WRL “app” is meant to be used on a phone while the web page is meant for use in a browser. Both of these files have links to Cat Control 1.1.2 and 1.1.3. It would appear clearer to me to make each of the two appear sufficiently different as to be less confusing. Do I use the app/web page on my desktop? and the other use on my laptop and the iPhone? I for one would like to see an Icon for use with each os/device. Or maybe I find a younger person with better eyesight. 73

Petra,

The desktop app is a stand alone app that you install on your laptop/desktop. The mobile app is an app you install via the app or play store on your phone or tablet. The web app is only accessible via a browser. The web app has no versioning numbers whereas the mobile app and the desktop app do.

The desktop app will prompt you when a new release has been released for you to update or you can just goto the integrations page on the web app ( https://app.worldradioleague.com/integration ).

The desktop app will give you an desktop icon on the desktop to double click and open the app. The mobile app will give you an icon on your phone’s home screen.

I hope this helps

Thanks & 73
