Leaderboard offline? [FIXED]

I noticed that the leaderboard didn’t change for me after 200+ QSOs. Usually, the leaderboard is updated in real-time.

I have noticed the same thing, I will appear in the overall leader board but when looking at my state level I am either not listed or the numbers do not match what is shown in the overall leaderboard or my QSO log.

I’ve got it pulled up and will keep an eye out to see if its changing. I’ve reached out to the team to see if we can take a look on the backend and confirm.

After talking with the team here are some of our thoughts.

Every 24 hours, the system computes the statistics for All Time.

For Weekly; consider a user from Texas with overall 50 QSOs recorded in a selected week. These QSOs include those from Texas, other states, and DX entities. When the user reviews his Texas statistics, he might see fewer QSOs or his name might not appear.

For example, if out of 50 QSOs, 20 occurred in Texas, then his Texas count is 20. If another user from Texas has more than 20 QSOs, only the one with the higher count will appear in the rankings. In this case, if another user has 25 QSOs, the first user’s name wouldn’t be listed.

I hope this makes sense, Let us know what your thoughts are on this and if this is lining up with what your seeing or not. Also, any ways we could improve this? Your feedback is extremely helpful for us to make constant changes to make a better logging experience!

All off my logged QSO’s are from my home station in Texas EM12, I average about 50-100 FT8 QSO’s a day if the antenna is up and time permits. My Texas numbers do not reflect this.
I am available for a direct call if the would help.

@AE5TX Hey good morning!

We’ve updated the flow so that QSO counts for a specific country or state will only belong to that operator’s state or country. Can you check and confirm whenever you get a free minute?
