im at 89 contact in my logbook and when i enter a new call sign it won’t populate any info

Hi Devin! HamDB had an outage today, which is what we were using for callsign lookups. We had a hotfix to another API and it seems to be working now.
We are also building our own callsign database which should be available next week for improved speed and reliability.

I believe the limit for a free account is 3000 entries.

I believe the upload limit is something like 30,000 entries, but, if I understand correctly, direct-logging is unlimited. I would refer you to @N0WRL for the specifics.

Free users get a transition import of up to 10k, and then 3k after that.

Is that direct logging of 3k, or an extra 3k worth of import?

Yes, direct logging is unlimited.
We only limit the imports because depending on size we’re using some different APIs that can get pretty expensive. We’re working on improving the performance and cost of the import on our servers which should allow us to be more flexible though.
