Logbooks - allow sort by columns, show favorites first

In the desktop APP when opened in Mac or PC/Win the gold star favorites should be listed first in the list - not on page 2 or older pages. This would mimic the behavior from the web interface. It would also b beneficial to have the ability to click on the column headers and it would sort the logbooks.

Yes this will be added so it matches the web app, keep in mind the desktop app is still beta and issues like this are expected.
