New activation highlight

It would be nice to see new park activations highlighted when the POTA list refreshes. As is done on the POTA app.

I like this request. That or just state new like a seen with a past application that I was using. Also like a skip feature on spots (again not my idea). Allows you to cause the spot to dim on the screen. That way you can get things out of the way. Like a station on 20m that you can’t hear 200 miles away (should always check first before skipping though).

I really like all of these ideas. We’ve been thinking a lot about how to add more spotting enhancements - really helpful guys! Thanks!
