POTA park number

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to include a contacts park number when logging from the spotting page. Their call sign and frequency appear but how do I find and record their park number? When i click on ‘their park number’ box sometimes it comes up but not always. Supposedly there was a bug but I was told it was fixed. Would someone be willing walk me through getting the park number included into the contact. Thanks!

@AI7AZ Hey John,

So first, go to the ‘Spotting Tab’ inside your logbook. Then from the ‘clusters’ drop down select ‘POTA’ (see screenshot 1). Then select your band/mode/etc from the other drop downs. Once you double click on a spot, it will load all the users data including park number (see screenshot 2). Thats all there is to it.

Thanks Brad, I followed your instructions and its working. I seem to remember that the park number used to upload to QRZ with the rest of the contact data but it doesnt now. Is there a way to make that work? Thanks!

@AI7AZ Hey John, Awesome.

I dont think it would upload the park number but i could be mistaken. I don’t know where it would add it in QRZ as there is no ‘SIG’ ‘MY_SIG’ fields on the QRZ side.
