I am VP with Columbia ARC. We are the primary sponsor for the SCQP coming up in 2 days. For in state contacts one needs to log the contacts county. How can this be handled and show up on the QSO entry? I do not see where I can add a custom entry form.

Enter https://scqso.com/ on your browser address bar. It wasn’t a link. Then click on tab that is titled RULES.
