Special Event Note

For Special Event Stations I can log them in the “notes” field, but wondering if there could be a “box” to fill in the call and one for the special event. Then I could create a separate log book for all of them.

Typically you would just log the special event callsign and the personal callsign but you could always create a custom logbook template to use in these situations that has a custom field. You can create the custom template via the templates page World Radio League and then either create a new logbook and assign that logbook template to it or assign the template to one of your existing logbooks.
