Unable to log 2 out of country contacts

I have had several contacts from Canada that the log book says error and will not let me log them. I tried logging them several times with no success.

Could you let me know a little more detail about the error you’re seeing? We tried to take a look at your logbook but see most of them went through and we can’t find the error!

Did you get an error popup?

WHEN I ENTER ALL INFORMATION INTO THE PROGRAM AND PRESS ENTER IT SAYS “ERROR”. I NOW HAVE 6 CONTACTS FROM CANADA IT WILL NOT ACCEPT. HERE IS 2 CONTACTS IT WILL NOT ACCEPT
