Update Band plan graphic and poster for better clarification on 40m data

Hello to all you hard-working people at the WRL!

As a newly licensed General operator, I was confused about your band plan graphic. The beginning of the data portion at 40 meters appears to start at 7.075. This was “jamming me up” when I wanted to use Ft8. Further research, I found that my data privileges start at 7.025 megahertz (the yellow hash marks led me to believe that was for the tech CW privileges). You’re probably aware of this ambiguity in the graphic. Andy stated that you will be updating the poster and online bandplan due to the change in 60m, so I thought I would add my 2 cents.

Looks like a typo. I never noticed that myself. Generals for sure start at 7.025. I am pretty sure they had just done an edit to this screen so my guess is they accidently typo’d it in the process. I am sure one of them will fix this in a matter of minutes.
