I don’t see the “Complete “ option on the web app, but on phone. It showed up last week. When I click it, it just opens the log.

That means that you’ve imported contacts and they’ve completed uploading/importing. Hope this helps!

That makes sense! I didn’t think about that since the import was done a while back when I first started using WRL. Now I’m doing all my logging here, don’t think I’ll need the import feature much.
