Window scroll and multiple scroll bars is an issue

I’m running a 1920x1080 monitor on my PC. I’m using the Brave Browser (Chromium based). There seems to be a strange combination of vertical scroll bars that affect the usage of WRL when in my logbook.
1 - No matter whether I have the page at 100% zoom or 10% zoom the native browser horizontal and vertical scroll bars are still there and allow a bit of up/down and left right movement. I would actually have hoped the browser page would have scaled to properly fit the display size. Even having a manual setting for the window size would be good.
2 - The logbook is fixed at showing 50 entries. I can’t find a way to change that. There is a vertical scroll bar for that and even grabbing the very top of it to pull down doesn’t reveal the bottom few entries, the info with the total number of entries, the arrows to move through the log or the link for the QSO manager. Even an option to control how many entries are shown per page would be nice but if the main window scale was fixed then the bottom scroll issue would be resolved automatically
3 - There is another vertical scroll bar that is for the content of the page and if I scroll it down then I can see the bottom content of what I couldn’t see in item #2 in the list. But when I do that the content for entering a QSO scrolls up off the screen. The fields for a QSO entry should be in a fixed frame so scrolling up down does not move their contents at all.

I have confirmed this behavior in Firefox, and Edge.

Thank you for the consideration of these improvements
