So am I the only one who gets nervous during a POTA activation when someone calls P2P with 2 or more parks?
Is their a way to make P2P entries easier? Like not needing to include “-” or just entering numbers defaulting to “US-” unless another prefix is entered? Or preventing from going off the screen?

Could you tell me a little more about the difficulty you are facing, or maybe add a screenshot if it isn’t too much to ask?
The P2P field should search based on partials, so you shouldn’t have to enter the full park. It should come up in the suggestions and then you click it. But, maybe I am misunderstanding!
@W2ELS after the message you sent over email, we now have this development in progress!
We will add support for adding multiple parks with comma separation!

Sweet! That will help with P2P a lot. Let me know if you need help, I started my career as a programmer. I had the most efficient COBOL code that ran on the VAX!

Thank you! Another note - the P2P parks should be autocompleting for you in WRL logger, I think we must have had a bug in the release!

Additionally it would help some of us if we were able to type in the park numbers as the other activator rattles them off, but without the “US-” first (EX. 1234,2345,3456) and then go back and add the prefix after the fact but before logging the contact. When I try to do that now the curser hops to the end of the line after every character which can be super frustrating
To clarify a bit here. POTA (pota.app) does not require a ‘real’ park reference in the SIG_INFO field. The only requirement for multi park P2P is that some data that is different appears in both QSO rows. You can simply put ‘Park1’ as the first park and ‘Park2’ as the second park. The uploader will accept both rows and match the P2P. You can spend less time trying to get the other park numbers over the air if the signal is too weak or QRM is making it difficult. W7RTA
