Add "Unconfirmed" Filter to QSO Manager

Consider adding:

  • an “unconfirmed” filter option
  • a recheck confirmation button that automatically selects all unconfirmed QSOs
  • allow confirmed QSOs to be displayed in a different color on the QSO map
  • clarify the member benefits table so that it is clear that confirmation recheck is only available to Premium members (right now the LoTW integrations appear to be the same for basic and premium members).
