The “TIME_ON” field in the adif export is trimming leading zeros. For example, a contact made at 00:30:26 UTC should export as “003026”, but instead it is exporting as “3026”.

My sincere apologies! 
I was processing some ADIFs for upload to the WPX contest as Cabrillo, and somewhere in the chain, some zeros were removed. It was not the fault of WRL! It was my own problem! By the way, maybe a Cabrillo export option would be handy? I think most contests require Cabrillo.

The Cabrillo is also on the roadmap along with the contests
