I created a logbook and have entries in it. I would like to rename the logbook to be consistent with other logbooks of similar content. Can existing logbooks be renamed? If not, can they be copied and given a different name?
I was able to do this by opening the logbook, then using the gear icon in the upper right, and then where it shows the logbook name under Settings you can type a new name. This is in the web browser version.
Thanks for the response. I used the recommended procedure in the web browser environment. The logbook name displayed in the Logbooks tab under the Log Contacts menu did not change. However, in the QSO Manager tab under the Log Contacts menu, the logbook name data for the individual logged contacts record in the logbook did change to the new name. This anomaly is either a bug in the application or a failure of my outdated web browser and operating system. I submitted a bug report with a more detailed description.
I believe this is a bug that the name is not updating on the individual QSO record itself, therefore it isn’t show up correctly in QSO manager. We will keep you updated on this! @N0APX
